- The cost remains the same for 1 or 2 people—no extra charge.
- Make your reservation at least 24 hours before your trip. Provide us with the following information: airline, flight number, city of origin, time of arrival, and your email.
- We confirm your shuttle once you complete all this information and receive a confirmation email of space. If you have any further questions or don’t receive a confirmation email, please email infotropicanahostel@gmail.com with your order number, and we will gladly assist you.
- We do not allow cancellations or transfers of shuttles once sold.
