Refund Policy for Tours and Transportation.
Welcome to Tropicana Tours, where we are committed to providing our customers with the best travel experience possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure that our refund policy is clear and easy to understand.
Our refund policy is as follows:
If you need to cancel your tour or transport service, you can receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee up to 48 hours before the start of the tour or transport service. After this time, refunds are not possible.
Refunds will be processed in either Guatemalan Quetzales if payment was made in person at our desk or in USD if payment was made online. Please note that we will not account for currency fluctuations.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend that you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour or transport service. Our team will be happy to assist you with your cancellation and refund request.
