You may cancel your transfer with the right to a refund only if it is done at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, without exception.
● Out of respect for other passengers, as this is a shared service, passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to board. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
● If you are traveling with very large items, such as surfboards or oversized luggage, you must inquire in advance to confirm whether the item is allowed and if an additional fee applies.
● Since this is a shared service, we ask that you be ready at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The vehicle may arrive a few minutes early or up to 30 minutes after the estimated time, as sometimes some passengers are not ready on time, which can affect the route. The driver is not obligated to wait. If you have any questions, you can contact us via WhatsApp, and a member of our team will confirm that everything is in order with your reservation.
● We are not responsible for any items forgotten or lost on the bus, as this is a shared service and we cannot guarantee that belongings will remain on the vehicle. Please check your belongings before getting off.
